Shake the bottle well to mix the two layers (water and oil). Dispense an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad. Gently press the cotton pad over your eyes or lips for a few seconds to dissolve the makeup. Gently wipe away the makeup without harsh rubbing. No need to rinse if desired, but you may follow with your regular cleansing routine.
