Shake the bottle well to activate the bi-phase formula. Saturate a cotton pad with the remover. Gently place the cotton pad over closed eyelids or lips for a few seconds to allow the formula to dissolve makeup. Lightly sweep the cotton pad outwards to remove makeup without harsh rubbing. Repeat if necessary.
