1. Open the pouch just before use, as the mask will start heating immediately upon contact with air. 2. Remove the eye mask from the pouch and tear along the perforations to separate the ear straps. 3. Place the white side of the mask over your closed eyes, with the notched side facing down. 4. Hook the ear straps around your ears. 5. Relax and enjoy the warm steam for approximately 20 minutes. The mask will reach a comfortable temperature of around 40°C (104°F). 6. Remove and discard the eye mask after use. Do not reuse.
